1978: nasce la ditta TRIADE con sede ad Almè (Bg) in Viale Italia.

I soci : Stachetti Roberto – Genini Giordano e Pozzi Rino – sono tecnici ex Genini spa, responsabili rispettivamente dell’ufficio progettazione, del settore assistenza e dell’ufficio tecnico.

La decisione di iniziare l’attività è sofferta e discussa per lungo tempo dai tre futuri soci, ma il desiderio di mettersi alla prova e misurare le proprie capacità, è troppo forte.

Iniziano così piccoli lavori di manutenzione e revisione … poi lavori di automazione per aziende terze , ed infine progettazione e costruzione di macchine.

Le prime esperienze da costruttori, li vedono impegnati con macchine relativamente semplici: affilatrice a sei mole, fora avvitatrice per bussole e perni filettati, foratrice per fori profondi … Successivamente con macchine speciali per la produzione di volanti in legno per automobili.

Da quel momento la ditta TRIADE si amplia e cresce con grandi prospettive per il futuro.

Nel 1987 si trasferisce in Via dei Sentieri, sempre ad Almè , in un immobile più adeguato, con ampi uffici e piazzale esterno.

La produzione di macchine si amplia con la costruzione di macchine standard alcune delle quali rimarranno nella storia della torneria, fra queste la famosa giostra mod. FR e la multilame mod. SAR 800.

Nel 2007, dopo alcuni anni di persistente crisi , i tre soci decidono di chiudere l’attività iniziata trent’anni prima.

E’ stato un fulmine a ciel sereno: siamo ancora tutti increduli ….

Stories of manufacturers: Triade

1978: the company TRIADE was established with headquarters in Viale Italia, Almè (BG).

 The partners: Roberto Stachetti – Giordano Genini and Rino Pozzi – are former technicians of Genini Spa, respectively responsible for the design office, assistance department and the technical office.

The decision to start the activity was dwelled upon and discussed for a long time by the three future partners, but the desire to put themselves to the test and compare their abilities was too strong.

The company began undertaking small-scale maintenance and overhaul work… then automation work for outside companies, and finally the design and construction of machines.

Their initial experience as manufacturers saw them involved in making relatively simple machines: sharpening machine with six grinding wheels, drilling-screwing machine for bushings and threaded pins, drilling machine for deep holes… Then with special machines for the production of wooden steering wheels for cars.

From that moment TRIADE expanded and grew with great prospects for the future.

In 1987 the company moved to Via dei Sentieri, also in Almè, to a more suitable building with spacious offices and outside space.

The production of machines expanded to the construction of standard machines, some of which would go down in the history of turning, among these the famous boring mill mod. FR and the multi-blade lathe mod. SAR 800.

In 2007, after several years of ongoing crisis, the three partners decided to close the company started thirty years before.

It was a bolt from the blue: we are still incredulous…
