Era il 1980 – la competitività nella Genini spa era aspra e molto sentita; tutti si prodigavano per fare “gruppo” e migliorare il proprio Know How.

Anche nel tempo libero la coesione fra collaboratori era il motore che generava professionalità.

Si erano costituite due squadre di calcio e la sfida doveva stabilire il vincitore fra il reparto “primo montaggio” ed il reparto “montaggio e impiantistica”.

E’ stata una sfida lunga e sofferta, ma…. Entrambe le squadre hanno preso la coppa: La Genini spa nel 1980 era una UNICA SQUADRA…VINCENTE!!

Si precorrevano anche i tempi ….già allora si disputava il terzo tempo ….. a cena!!

Genini Spa – a winning team!

1980 – competition in Genini Spa was harsh and very strong: everyone strived to be part of the “team” and improve their know-how.

Even in staff members’ spare time, cohesion was the driving force that generated professionalism.

Two football teams were formed and the challenge was to establish the winner between the “first assembly” department and the “assembly and plant engineering” department.

It was a long and painful challenge, but… both teams won the cup: Genini Spa was the ONLY WINNING TEAM!

           … even then the third half was played… at dinner!
